The Clinic

Randolph Medical Clinic is located on main street in Randolph, Utah, on the Southeast corner of the Crawford Trough Restaurant.

Our office aims to provide a cozy and comfortable setting for your healthcare visit while offering an array of services to meet your needs.

Services

Randolph Medical Clinic offers a wide variety of primary medical care services. Chronic disease management, as well as meeting acute care needs. Examples of the primary care services offered:

  • Routine physicals & health exams
  • Sports physicals
  • New medication prescriptions
  • Medication refills
  • Routine lab work, and variety of other specific health tests (lab work done on site)
  • X-ray, MRI, or other radiology orders (imaging not offered on site)
  • IV medication administration and hydration therapy
  • Referral to specialists
  • Dermatologic procedures
  • General health screenings

Mental Health Services offered:

Diagnosis & medication management (treatment) for:

  • Substance abuse
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Mood disorders
  • Schizophrenia
  • Insomnia
  • ADHD
  • Referrals or recommendations for psychotherapy services

The Provider

Nancy Weston graduated from the University of Utah with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in primary care in 2017. In addition to caring for primary health needs, Nancy feels comfortable managing mental health conditions. She has experience in primary care across the lifespan, acute care and mental health care.

She and her husband are the parents of 5 children. Their family lives and works on their cattle ranch in Randolph.

Clinic Summer Hours

Days Clinic is open this summer: June 3rd, 12th, 27th & 30th. July 1st, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 21st, 22nd, 28th, 29th & 31st. Regular office hours the month of August.

Appointments are recommended, walk-ins welcome but they will be seen after scheduled appointments.

Appointments are available on Friday and Saturday based on Provider’s availability, please text for availability.

After-hours appointments per request for an additional fee.
